Nicole Kemp

Nicole brings a studious enthusiasm to our policy and client issues. An honors graduate in geography from the University of Colorado, Denver, Nicole specialized in GIS technology and went on to work as a Research Assistant in the department. We'd like to say Nicole is in charge of "mapping the road to success" for W&B clients, but that'd be too cute!

Forged from a strong academic background combined with real world hands-on community involvement; her experience ranges from work on legislative races to helping Denver's Whittier neighborhood develop a plan for Historic Preservation. Before joining W&B she was charged with expanding and recruiting members for the New Voters Project, a six state PIRG effort aimed at non-partisan voter registration and mobilization.

Nicole's talent with the written word is evident in her skill as an editor and copywriter. She also executes the firm's production and scheduling of client projects and activities. Additionally, Nicole traffics direct mail and print materials, working with the designers, printers, mail house and other vendors to ensure seamless delivery of client products. Welchert & Britz clients also count heavily on her research acumen and people skills.

An avid water sport participant, Nicole water skis and scuba dives. It's no surprise as she competed in swimming and synchronized swimming in high school.

Best dive: Island of Bonaire in the Netherlands Antilles.
